Stage 10 (Day 22, 23)

• Beginning of heart beating
• rostral/caudal neuropore
• somite 관찰 됨

Day 22

• Beginning of heart beating (초음파로 관찰 可)
• 4주차의 시작이니까 딱 월경을 안 하는 것을 알 수 있는 시기이므로 보통 초음파를 통해 embryo는 이 시기 부터 관찰 됨. → 그러나 일반적으로 이 시기엔 초음파 보다는 hCG를 통해 임신 여부를 알아본다.
